With our relevant and many years of IP (intellectual property) experience, we help companies with the analysis and qualitative and monetary evaluation of patents and utility models. Depending on the reason for the assessment, we use different procedures for this purpose. We deliver in the shortest possible time and at very fair prices.
PATENT INFRINGEMENT
Good patents are the result of an often long and costly process - quite apart from the intellectual, inventive achievement. It is all the more tragic when other companies adopt the invention and generate income from it without giving the owner of the property rights a corresponding share. We help to find potential patent infringers .
In the opposite case, we find "prior art" documents that help in a nullity procedure .
Patents are the blueprint of a company's R&D results. In this way, inventions can also be identified that deal with sustainable technologies, such as alternative energies or technologies for reducing greenhouse gases, as well as technologies that enable or support this. With our evaluation methodology, it is even possible to assign them to the SDGs (UN Sustainable Development Goals), in order to embed them in sustainability reports, for example.

This is how we can create an ESG metric for every company that applies for a patent (with a focus on the "E" of Environment Social and Governance) and even create a detailed SDG profile (based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals). Here we offer Services and expertise, e.g. for ESG/sustainability rating agencies, banks and companies. We support companies in creating their sustainability reports or we create our own, individual sustainability certificates, for example with a comparison of sustainability activities with the industry average or by showing a company's sustainability trends.
The high quality is achieved through the use of proprietary software solutions in the field of patent research, analysis and evaluation, shaped by experienced patent engineers and hundreds of customer projects. Our software landscape and that of our sister companies includes complex big data analysis tools, learning AI algorithms and software platforms for the evaluation of individual patents and patent portfolios. In addition to the pure patent data and patent metadata, information sources from business information systems, for example, are also used.
